  • We sell physical goods, including (but not limited to) our “Black Cherry and Passion Fruit” product.

  • When you place an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including pricing errors, limited stock, or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices shown on the Website are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude shipping, unless otherwise indicated.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via methods displayed on the checkout page.

  • We may revise prices anytime before you complete your purchase. If a price is incorrect, we may cancel your order and refund your payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to customers within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska).

  • For customers within the Phoenix metro area, we provide local delivery at no extra charge (when conditions apply).

  • For customers outside the Phoenix metro: standard shipping charges apply unless purchasing 3 or more trays as per our shipping tier rules.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final, except for damaged or defective items.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will evaluate your request for refund or replacement.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be applied back via the original payment method and may take several days to appear.

6. Tax

  • We collect applicable sales tax for orders shipped to Arizona. For other states where you have no tax nexus, sales tax may not be collected.

  • You are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable in your location.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions are our property or licensed to us and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
